Laseczka

THAT hat:
Wymagał o wiele więcej pracy, niż zdrowy rozsądek by nakazywał.
Miała też buty, ale zgubiła - lubi się dobrze bawić:)

Marudzi o różowy kapelusz i koleżankę.

Przyjdź na kawę

Może to być zaproszenie na kawę. Zrobione na 12. wyzwanie Skrapujących Polek (www.polki-scrapuja.blogspot.com). Mój debiut na tej stronie.

It can be used as an invitation for coffee. For the 12th challenge at www.polki-scrapuja.blogspot.com, my debute on their page.

Inside an envelope

Yes, I still do write letters on paper.

This was a 5 min work (a real "espresso"). Coffee with a ball of chocolate ice cream inside. I was drinking it while writing this letter. I used only remains of some other projects, not thinking much. I hope the coffee seed will stay on place going to my friend in Much Too Far Away Country. I removed paper under it.

K is for Katia

My first coffee filters album - I love their colour. For Katia. Katia is a wonderful girl, full of optimism, stubborn, emotional but hardheaded as well, industrious, a great doctor. She is celebrating* Easter now, somewhere Too Far Away. When she's back, she'll get it.

(*the post written some time ago, of course)

Zimna wiosna / A cold spring

A postcard. Picture taken during a walk along the Oława/Ohle river. A very cold spring we have this year. The park called "forrest" now was a part of family Hollender goods, as well as the palace - both in a very poor state, park much worse than the building. I'll surely come back to this later.

A Mother's Faith - 17. wyzwanie na www.scrapfaith.blogspot.com

Pomyślałam sobie, że będzie weselej jak pokażę etapy:
I've thought that it would be funny to show stages of my work:

Naprodukowałam pełno ramek, użyłam tylko niektóre.
I've made a lot of frames and used only some...

Potem guziki...
Then the buttons...

Potem ramka na MOJE zdjęcie...
Then the frame with ME...
Potem kokarda czy jak to nazwać... Może nie widać, ale jest na niej napis "IN POLAND" - było "MADE", oczywiście. Papierek z ciacha od Bliklego.
Then a ribbon or whatever it may be... There are words "IN POLAND" on it. It's a paper on which a cake from Blikle was wrapped, "MADE"stood before, of course.

I tyle.
The result:
Journaling on the other side reads:

"I was thinking about memorizing my Grandmother, an open minded, brave, optimistic and very active person, a devoted paediatrician and social worker. As a young girl she was engaged to a Jewish boy, he was accidentally shot during the war. The majority of her friends were also Jewish. She made me understand and love Jewish culture what surely influenced my Christian spirituality. This "thanks" is for her and her friends I could not get to know.
I could also write about my Mother, a great chatter and Mom to all the cats in the neighbourhood. But finally I decided to tell about all the women in my family I didn't ever meet, all the ladies of past generations that have something in common with me (genes? some features? manners?) although I don't know what comes from which one... :) I often think about all these Moms, Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox and Jewish ladies that appeared in the history of our family thank to intricate history of our country. They made me look and feel as I do."

The man on the picture is my Grandfather, husband of mentioned Grandma. His sisters died long before I was born so they represent
here all the ladies I don't know personally (empty frames).

Album XXS

Ha!
I'm sorry for the quality of pics, I had to be quick and not thinking about any arrangement. The person you can see on the pictures didn't let me.
I used small photos from the thing you get together with your pisc developed, no idea what it's name is. They were always inspiring me.

To i tak nic w porównaniu z książką kucharską Cioci Chrum-Chrum:
I realize however that it's nothing comparing to cookery books of Piglet's Auntie:
